Without the willingness to risk failure, nothing happens… Without it, Success is simply IMPOSSIBLE!. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>If you\u00a0aren’t\u00a0failing, you\u2019re not really trying. \u00a0And if you\u2019re\u00a0not failing enough\u2026 you aren\u2019t trying hard enough.\u00a0<\/em><\/span>

In fact, it has been said, and I believe, accurately:\u00a0<\/span>\u201cYou can often estimate the size of a man\u2019s success by looking at the size and number of his failures\u201d.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>No one EVER hit a home run by NOT<\/i><\/b> swinging the bat! \u00a0\u00a0No one ever threw a touchdown by punting!\u00a0<\/span>
\nSo many of us live lives of mediocrity, not because we don\u2019t have talent, but because we are unwilling to risk failure.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As Steve Jobs once said:<\/strong><\/em><\/span> \u00a0<\/span>\u2026 you\u2019ve gotta be willing to act\u2026. And you\u2019ve got to be willing to fail, you\u2019ve got to be willing to crash and burn.\u00a0 If you are afraid of failing, you won\u2019t get very far\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

How many touch downs have you \u00a0not<\/i><\/b> thrown<\/span> because you chose to punt; took the easy way out instead of a more difficult path to glory?\u00a0 How many of us never hit that home run<\/span><\/em>, not because we couldn\u2019t<\/b><\/i>, but because we were afraid to swing the bat?\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Were we afraid to fail?<\/strong>\u00a0 Were we too concerned about being embarrassed?\u00a0 Did we wonder what people would think if we swung and missed?\u00a0\u00a0 We have to get rid of that fear.\u00a0 If you try, sometimes you are going to miss! \u00a0You are!\u2026 I\u2019ve missed\u2026 and more than likely, I\u2019m going to miss again! \u00a0\u00a0But I won\u2019t stop swinging!\u00a0 And neither should you!<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Isn’t\u00a0it better to try and temporarily fail, than to never try and never succeed at all? \u00a0<\/span>Avoiding failure by never trying is simply a sure way to mediocrity.<\/span><\/i><\/b>\u00a0 \u00a0If you want to succeed in anything, you <\/span>must<\/i><\/b> be willing to take a chance, make the attempt and <\/span>accept<\/b> the possibility of failure.\u00a0 Each of us will occasionally fail.\u00a0 And that\u2019s nothing to be afraid of or ashamed of.\u00a0\u00a0 Embrace it.\u00a0 Learn from it\u2026 then swing again!<\/span><\/p>\n

Success and failure, go hand in hand<\/span>.<\/i><\/b>\u00a0\u00a0Remember, everyone who has ever succeeded\u00a0has also failed\u2026<\/i><\/b> and in most cases,\u00a0they failed many times, sometimes spectacularly! <\/i>\u00a0 But when<\/i> they failed,\u00a0they pulled themselves up, analyzed what happened and tried again; but this time, they did it with an increased knowledge of their endeavor.\u00a0 This time they had new and better information so a better chance of success on that next attempt.<\/span>
\nVirtually everything<\/em> worthwhile starts with Failure.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n
