\n<\/strong>In fact, usually these last minute allegations or charges don\u2019t stick, and are \u201dOFTEN\u201d tossed out of court\u2026\u00a0but the stink over the candidate and election lingers just long enough for the liberals to get another win based on lies.<\/em><\/strong><\/span>

Of course some liberal accusations will be true.\u00a0 But why is it that they always seem to be dug out of the mud only at the last possible and most politically expedient moment?<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0How is it that the timing is always such that they will most effectively impact an election, appointment or ruin a conservative\u2019s life and reputation?\u00a0 Are liberal politicians really that lucky?\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

WHAT’S REALLY HAPPENING?
\n<\/strong>To every honest person the answer is obvious.\u00a0 It\u2019s not what the accused may or may not have done that\u2019s important, it\u2019s not the victim that\u2019s important and it\u2019s not justice that\u2019s important.\u00a0 The only thing that matters is how can these liberal leaders use the smears to gain or retain power!<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/span>

HOW DO YOU DEFEND YOURSELF?<\/strong>\u2026 If someone accuses you of rape, how do you clear your name? \u00a0It\u2019s he said she said.\u00a0 How do you prove you were never even near this person, especially if they can’t even say when and where it occurred?<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 How long would clearing your name take?\u00a0 More to the point, could you?\u00a0 Proof of innocence is often unattainable because proving a negative is all but impossible.\u00a0 To the degree it IS possible, it\u2019s never fast or easy.\u00a0 In fact, the best you can probably do is make a case that it\u2019s highly unlikely that you committed the crime.\u00a0 The dark shadow of doubt would forever be upon you\u2026 Your reputation is forever dead!\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>That\u2019s what the dems do… Over and over\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

WHY IT HAPPENS:
\n<\/strong>The left no longer seems to care about right or wrong.\u00a0 They care only about power at any cost.\u00a0 They\u2019ve learned that there is no need to win elections when a good smear works just a well.<\/em><\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Remember, proving a NEGATIVE is all but impossible<\/span>.\u00a0 That\u2019s why the burden of proof is ALWAYS on the accuser<\/em>.\u00a0 The difficulty is magnified 100 fold when the accuser can\u2019t or won\u2019t even say when or where the crime occurred!<\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0Without specifics, the accused can\u2019t even prove his innocence by showing that he was out of town that day or even the week of the crime.\u00a0 How to defend yourself if not even the date and time is not included in the accusation?\u2026 And if only an approximate date is provided the alibi is insufficient and proves nothing.\u00a0 When the accuser actually testifies, he or she can just say \u00a0\u201cI just remembered this happened in the week of\u2026 \u201c<\/span><\/p>\n

WHY THE ACCUSER MUST ALWAYS SPEAK FIRST!
\n<\/strong>It is impossible to defend an accusation until you really know what it is.
\n<\/strong>Stunningly, in the Judge Kavanaugh case, the accuser and her attorneys now insists that she be allowed to testify first.<\/em>\u00a0 That never happens and there is a reason for it. <\/p>\n

Imagine someone accuses YOU\u00a0<\/i>of a crime, let\u2019s call it assault.<\/span>
\n<\/strong>It\u2019s 35 years after the fact and there is no evidence of it even happening other than a repressed memory from 2012, no witnesses (and those who were supposedly there say it didn\u2019t happen), no statements to friends, no police report, no medical exam, nothing!<\/span>\u00a0
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Based on virtually nothing you are now supposed to give your sworn testimony, under oath, under penalty of felony…\u00a0and YOU have to go first and not fully informed of the accusations?<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 What can you possibly do or say meaningfully defend yourself against this 35 year old accusation?<\/span><\/p>\n

NO PROOF OF INNOCENCE ALLOWED
\n<\/strong><\/span>Have an Air Tight Alibi?<\/strong>\u00a0 So what?\u00a0 Even if you actually would have an airtight alibi for the crime, you can\u2019t use it because you don\u2019t even know the time or place of the assault so how do you prove you couldn\u2019t have been there?.\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

If you were, at least, provided with the time and place of crime you\u2019d have the chance to prove your innocence and be able to put the entire thing to bed before even the need for trial or hearing. \u00a0But when you are given nothing you have nothing.\u00a0 You were denied access to information that would allow you to defend yourself. \u00a0\u00a0So With information you might be able to prove it wasn\u2019t you.\u00a0 Without it, all you can do is provide a general unspecific denial.\u00a0 \u201cI have no clue about this assault.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t do this nor have I ever engaged in anything like this in my entire life.\u00a0 (This is basically what Kavanaugh has said). \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

QUESTION-<\/strong>\u00a0 As to the accusations against Kavanaugh, why is it that even STILL, no one\u00a0 has been allowed to see the entire notes regarding the \u201crecovered memory\u201d?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After you\u2019ve done your best with your general, unspecific denial, the accuser is free to come in and provide specifics of the assault, salacious emotion evoking details of what you supposedly did, how you did it, etc\u2026
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

WHAT IF YOU HAVE A GOOD ALIBI?<\/strong>
\nIf still, no date or time is provided, So what?\u00a0 How do you defend yourself?\u00a0 If, on the other hand, testimony was provided \u00a0that the assault occurred on August 18 about 7pm and you actually had a reasonable but not air tight alibi for that time, you\u2019ll be called not credible because you are conveniently fabricating it.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t get me wrong.\u00a0 If the accusations are true, whether the accused is to the political right or left, justice should be served and there should be consequences\u2026 But the burden of proof must be on the accuser. \u00a0\u00a0There must be more than empty, unverified, unspecific allegations and no precise time or place.<\/em>\u00a0 Otherwise, whether by the left or right, any well-timed accusation of any un-provable despicable action becomes sufficient to thwart and\/or destroy even the very best candidate or person\u2026\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Is that the country you want to live in?\u00a0 Such an outcome would be disastrous to the viability of our system of government.\u00a0 We have to wake up!<\/span><\/p>\n

WHAT IF A 20 OR 30 YEAR OLD ACCUSATION IS TRUE?
\n<\/strong>Actual wrongdoing requires consequences.\u00a0 But, consider the logic… \u00a0Assuming the accusations have been brought into the open because of a desire for justice or to prevent similar future harm to others… <\/span><\/p>\n

Why would the victim wait so long?
\n<\/em><\/strong><\/span>Wouldn\u2019t they realize there is a better likelihood of justice and prevention of future harm by getting predators of the streets earlier rather than later? \u00a0Wouldn\u2019t it make sense that they would bring these allegations within a year?\u00a0 Two years?\u00a0 Five years?\u00a0<\/span> But how do 20 and 30 year delays make any sense?\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

And why to the liberals wait so long to bring them to light, even when they’ve known of them for months or even years?!\u00a0 Why do these decades old allegations ALWAYS seem to surface just prior to an election or important confirmation hearing?<\/em><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 Is that really coincidence??\u00a0 Are liberals just that lukcy?\u00a0 Does that seem reasonable?\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span>I don\u2019t think so.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

Because this happen all the time the only reasonable assumption is that the timing of the delays is to ensure there is no time to properly rebut the accusations!<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 Accusations are fast, simple and powerful things that caste a long dark shadow of doubt until YOU<\/em> <\/strong>can prove otherwise\u2026.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

SEEKING TRUTH OR PURSUING AN AGENDA?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>Kavanaugh is just the most recent in a long line of liberal smears\u2026 It might be true\u2026 but maybe not?<\/strong><\/span>
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ask yourself\u2026 Do you or anyone else really believe that the vehement opposition by liberal leaders to Kavanaugh\u2019s confirmation is due to being abhorred by the thought that when 17 he may not have relented quickly enough in his sexual advances?\u00a0 Or might it be that he represents what they see as dangerous power thwarting, conservative shift on the Supreme Court.\u00a0 In other words\u2026 Pure Politics?<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Judge Kavanaugh<\/strong>–<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/span>Unless you are living under a rock, you know some of the story; A brilliant judge with a stellar career who hires virtually only women, coaches girls basketball, a man who in his entire life has never had no hint of impropriety. EVER…\u00a0 Until Now!
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Wow!\u00a0 Weren\u2019t the Dems Lucky?\u00a0 Who would have thought that after the Senate hearings were concluded, the final vote set, when it looked like his appointment was final\u2026 \u00a0another perfectly timed smear<\/em> would come to light; an allegation of attempted rape, about 36 years ago when he was 17.\u00a0 Wow\u2026 The Dems are so lucky!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s possible the allegation is true.\u00a0 However, the fact is that the \u201cvictim\u201d does not remember precisely when or where it happened.\u00a0 Only that it happened and even then, she didn\u2019t \u201cremembered\u201d it in about 2012 as a repressed<\/em> memory and even then didn\u2019t remember the name until Kavanaugh had been mentioned by presidential candidate Romney as a possible Supreme Court nominee.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Still, it might be true; but before proceeding with the Crucifixion and destruction of his career, shouldn\u2019t we have something a bit more concrete?\u00a0<\/span> Shouldn\u2019t there be more than an accusation that is bereft of even one verifiable detail or clear memory?\u00a0 Is such an accusation sufficient to bring one of the most impactful of Senate functions to a screeching halt?\u00a0 Shouldn\u2019t the possible political motivation, lack of specifics, timing of the accusation and even timing of the \u201crecalled repressed\u201d memory bring into question the veracity of the accusation? \u00a0<\/span>\u00a0Not to mention the fact that nothing in Kavanaugh\u2019s life suggests that this man would ever have engaged in such an action?<\/span><\/p>\n

NATURE AND CONSEQUENCES OF THE ACCUSATION
\n<\/strong>We have a bare 36 year old accusation with no real evidence, the nature of which is sufficient to destroy a man\u2019s life, reputation and career path.\u00a0 This is an accusation that could and in fact is being used to change the direction of this country by thwarting the will of the electorate who voted specifically in the hopes of seating such an incredibly qualified nominee as Kavanaugh.<\/span><\/p>\n

WHAT ARE THE FACTS?\u00a0 WHAT DO WE ACTUALLY KNOW?<\/span>
\n<\/strong>IN FAVOR OF Kavanaugh-<\/strong>
\nWe have a man with a stellar career, stellar life, family, a man who has categorically denied ever engaging in such an act and whose life is bereft of any blemishes \u2026 other than this 37 year old accusation.
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
